Payments
At Small Smiles, we are happy to provide estimates so there are no surprises at the end of your visit. You child’s treatment plan will be thoroughly discussed with you before proceeding.
We gladly accept several payment types at our clinic, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac. We do not accept personal cheques.
Please note that the full cost of the dental visit is due after the appointment is completed, on the same day of the service. We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, or cash.
Insurance Coverage
We are pleased to accept insurance at our clinic! Direct billing means that you will only need to pay your portion. To speed up processing, please notify our office of any changes to your insurance, credit card, address, or phone number.
Please let us know if you have any questions about our financial policy or financing options prior to treatment. We are always happy to further discuss this with our patients.
Changes to Dental Appointments
A block of time is reserved for each child. We understand that changes often need to be made, so we kindly ask for notice of at least 48 hours to make any changes to an appointment. This is so we may provide care for another child who is waiting to be seen.
